About Us
Dedicated to the memory of my father, Efraim ben Avram (Fred Hoffman)ז"ל , my mentor Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan זצ"ל , and my Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson זצ"ל .
The internet reinvigorated my learning of Chumash with my “attendance” of shiurim from around the world. However, material was widespread and not easily located. Further, I have found relatively little visual materials for young children and adults to understand and relate to the world of Torah.
Therefore, I have gathered items from around the net and created many visual aides to assist the English-speaking Jews of all ages to relate to our heritage of the Torah and the weekly portions called Parsha.
Torah Fun – a collection of various items from across the web in one place. Separate selection for each Parsha of the week, usually including: Questions on the Parsha, Thoughts from the Rebbe, jokes, riddles, cartoons, Medrosh, What the Rebbe says, Parsha Selections of Thoughts, Word Search, etc. Aimed for ages 8 through adult
Parsha Word Search – Original and creative word finds with words from the Parsha and a unique bonus question; ages 5 and up
Parsha Sudoku – Original and creative puzzles using words from the Parsha as an exciting twist to the popular Sudoku game. Two puzzles are provided for each Parsha, one for beginners and one for more advanced players; ages 7 and up
